Long Macaroni Schotel with Minced Beef and Mushroom


1 Pasta Bolognese Sauce
225 g Long Macaroni 
100 g Ground beef 
50 g  minced champignon mushroom 
5 eggs
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
400 ml pasteurized milk
salt (according to taste)
pepper (according to taste)
50 g mozarella cheese (slice into thin pieces)

1. Boil long macaroni until soft enough to your taste. Pour some salt into it.

2. Saute minced garlic and ground beef. Don't forget to add salt and pepper.

3. Mix well: eggs, milk, salt, sauted ground beef, mushroom, Bolognese sauce, pepper, and long macaroni in a bowl. Add dried all Italian seasoning or dried oregano to give more flavour. You can also add grated cheese to give more cheesy flavour.

4. Apply some margarine over a pyrex using kitchen brush (or you may use your hand if you don't have any kitchen brush but make sure you wash your hands first, ok?!). 

5. Pour the mixture into the pyrex, sprinkle the moxarella cheese and bake well untill cooked and a little bit brownish.
