Hai Tofu!


Ingredients:

Garlic

½ onion

Pepper/black pepper

1 chicken egg

½ Tofu

Salt

Sugar

Preparation:

Mash the garlic and pepper (as you like it, you can also use black pepper). Divide into two.

Chop the onion (you can also cut it into long lines)

Break the egg into the bowl and shake it, add salt.

Dice the tofu into small dices.

Fuyunghai:

Add the first part of garlic and pepper into the egg. Mix them and add tofu into it. After that, fry the egg in hot oil with small fire. Once the egg covered tofu cooked (the colour is a bit brown), take it out and dry it until the oil decreases from the body.

Sauce:

Heat small amount of oil in a frying pan. Put the onion and the other part of garlic into it. Cook until a bit yellow and have a very good smell. Pour some water, about 2 glasses, and then add some soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce into it. When the sauce is boiling, add salt and some sugar.
