Bistik Ayam a la Moi


Ingredients:

Half a chicken
3 pieces of garlic
1 small onion
black pepper
soy sauce
oyster sauce
nutmeg
cinnamon
salt

Cut the chicken into pieces, marinate with lemon juice, add some salt, leave for about 20 minutes. Pour some water into a high pressure cooker then add the marinated chicken. cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Lift the chicken and then fry until half cooked.

In another pan, melt margarine then sauté crushed garlic, a small amount of nutmeg, and black pepper until fragrant. Add half-cooked chicken, some cinnamon and some cloves. pour a small mount of water which was used for boiling the chicken. Add a sufficient amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce. Combine well then serve immediately!
