My second try making the silky pudding.  This time,  because I need to have 30 cups for tomorrow'S event, I had 2 litres of milk (1 l soya milk and 1 l milk) and I also had less jelly powder (20 grams).

The result is quite satisfying.  The texture is so smooth,  a bit tofu-like.  As for the flavour,  still using greentea and bubblegum.  Yummmmmy :p
