It is Sunday and the family didn't go out for breakfast at the street side food stalls. So, I was thinking about having pain perdue to start the day. It is suuuper easy and, of course, super yummy!

Yet, after checking out the ingredients, what I had were only:
- eggs
- milk
- bread
- grated parmessan
- McCormick's All Italian Seasonings
How I did it?
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and the milk. Add salt, pepper powder, grated parmessan and McCormick All Italian Seasonings. Whisk the mixture until well blended and pour into a shallow bowl.
- Dip in the bread to the mixture. (I used 2 slices of white bread and cut them into triangle shapes)
- Heat a non sticky frying pan and set the fire to low.
- Fry the slices of bread until slightly brown.
